Winchester Galleries Ltd., in Victoria, British Columbia, are exclusive fine art dealers handling Canadian historical and contemporary art.
The Gallery opened in 1974, and has been under the ownership of Gunter H.J. Heinrich and Anthony R.H. Sam since 1994. The main gallery is located at 2260 Oak Bay Avenue, a five-minute drive from downtown Victoria. In June 1998, Winchester opened its second location at 1010 Broad Street (between Fort Street and Broughton Street) in the heart of downtown. The 796 Humboldt Street location opened in June 2008.
Each gallery runs major exhibitions for a period of two to three weeks. Winchester Galleries offers a wide diversity of original Canadian art both past and present to an expanding clientele of discriminating investors and collectors.
